Irritable bowel syndrome, also known as IBS for short, is a common gastrointestinal disorder. Those who are living with IBS experience various symptoms ranging from bloating to diarrhea and constipation.

At times it can feel like IBS takes over, and you lose control of your life, but this doesn’t have to be the case! There are steps you can take to manage your IBS-related symptoms.

Once you have an understanding of what sparks your symptoms, you’ll be better equipped to address issues before they start, which is one of the main topics we’ll be discussing.
